We loved rooms with the hot tub. The staff was courteous and positive, really made a difference to our weekend. The location was marvellous and decent, for example, a Romanesque Revival church was just a short stroll away from the hotel.
The breakfast was not included.

Also, the location is stunning and easy, minutes from The Flats. The hotel is at 0.5 miles distance from the airport. It is a classic building, the rooms are beautiful and immaculate with 2 queen beds.

Gentleman that checked us in -very good and a wonderful rep for you.
Checked out and told the clerk that the room was reserved under one credit card and we paid with a different credit card and asked her to make sure the 1st card was not charged. I checked several days later and the charge was still there. Called and was told to call back on Monday-poor customer service

The rooms are exceptional and equipped with a chair and a carpet. Excellent location near Quicken Loans Arena, connected by an indoor walkway. Proximity to local bars, restaurants, Key Bank, Huntington, and the Casino. The lobby bar serves great drinks.

Our view was horrible. A construction site underway so that will be remedied as time permits. It will be a lovely view when the new square is finished.

The room was relaxing and beautiful, with a new carpet and a comfortable chair. The large bathroom was a bonus, and the bunk bed was a nice touch. The location was amazing and favorable, only a short 4-6 minute walk from a Romanesque Revival church. It was convenient being just a 5-minute walk to downtown Cleveland.
